Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions: These terms apply to purchases in the online store www.feferon.cz. The operator is Ivan Zolotukhin, IČ: 29565154, registered office: Sportovní 2718/8, 276 01 Mělník, CZ. Natural person registered in the Trade Register. I am not a VAT payer.

2. Definitions: The contract is concluded remotely. The purchase contract is formed at the moment the seller confirms the order.

3. Ordering: An order is valid only if all mandatory fields are filled out. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of an obvious error in the product price.

4. Delivery: Goods are delivered via contracted carriers (Zásilkovna, PPL). Delivery usually takes 2–10 working days. The risk of damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon receipt.

5. Payments: Payments can be made online by card (Stripe), bank transfer, or cash on delivery. Goods remain the seller's property until paid in full.

6. Disputes: Out-of-court consumer disputes are handled by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Štěpánská 796/44, 110 00 Prague 1, www.coi.cz).

In accordance with § 1829 of the Civil Code, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Return the goods at your own expense to: Ivan Zolotukhin, Sportovní 2718/8, 276 01 Mělník, CZ. Goods should be clean, undamaged, and preferably in their original packaging.

Goods that legally cannot be returned within 14 days: software, electronic licenses, unsealed cosmetics, car chemicals, and sealed goods that were unsealed by the consumer and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., certain textiles, in-ear headphones).

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method.

The warranty period for consumers is 24 months from receipt of new goods (12 months for used goods).

Complaints cover material defects, malfunctions, or delivery damage. Normal wear and tear, improper storage, or misuse are not considered defects.
